Highland Spring

Our little corner of Australia never fails to impress, regardless of the season, but spring surely is one of our favourite times of year and we never miss capturing it from every angle!
Spring in the Southern Highlands is a magical time. Blossoms, tulips and daisies burst into bloom at every turn, whilst baby buds and new shoots emerge expectantly for the summer season.

While in Moss Vale you must stop in next door at one of our favourite eateries, Highlands Merchant. If not for the fabulous local/seasonal/delicious food or great coffee, then for the decor and fitout! I mean if anywhere has a rolling pin for a door handle, you know it’s GOT to be good!
