Things have been pretty busy here the past few months, and I haven’t had much time for social media or anything social in general! However, I did manage to escape with Zoe, Annie, Luce and Beth for a weekend away to beautiful Killcare, which was absolute HEAVEN! Lots of much needed time-out just chatting, drinking, swimming, eating and watching the waves role in.

Our girls weekend away also included a beautiful lunch at Bells at Killcare which I have wanted to visit for years! It was everything I imagined, and more. Elegant coastal inspired interiors, exquisite food, impeccably manicured country-style gardens, complete with the cutest veggie patch and pool bar.
Unfortunately, I didn’t get to see the interiors of the rooms or suites, but that’s reason enough to go back as they look absolutely beautiful!
So, here’s a few glimpse of our visit and lunch to Bells at Killcare…..




Seared scallops with cauliflower, guanciale, pea tendrils, roast garlic & anchovy.

Grilled King prawns with brown butter, lemon, caper leaves & garden herbs.

Acquerello risotto with spring peas, loligo squid, fresh herbs & lemon zest.

Potato gnocchi with rabbit ragu, pancetta, green olives, rosemary & parmesan crisp.
