Cottonwood Style

I started writing this blog in 2011 (cottonwoodinteriors.blogspot.com) and it was all going well until, well, life got in the way!

It was supposed to be a creative outlet for all the trillions of ideas I have relating to architecture, design, and my love of American architecture and country interiors. However, once I got pregnant things became too hectic and my blogging became the last priority.

Anyway, long story short, I feel like it’s time to get the blog going again on my newly redesigned website, especially as my business is growing and I am continually looking for new ideas and inspiration.

I’m certainly no Orson Wells, but I hope you enjoy my journey of expression, inspiration and creativity, like looking at lots of gorgeous images and maybe even get some great ideas and inspiration for your own home!

To get the ball rolling, here are a couple of my favourite images and a little teaser as to what you can expect from the Cottonwood Style Blog….

Architecture from Dutch building company, Mi Casa. Their homes and interiors, are just magnificent!
One of my favourite houses from the Black Barn Retreats luxury accommodation list.
The beautiful world of Norwegian furniture company, Slettvoll.
One of the suits at The Farm at Cape Kidnappers in Hawkes Bay New Zealand. A luxury golfing lodge with interiors influenced by Australian and New Zealand sheep farms. It is truly stunning and so unique. A post on this soon!
The terrace / balcony at luxury golfing lodge, Kauri Cliffs in New Zealand. This place has to be seen to be appreciated.
The magnificent terrace of the Owners Cottage at Kauri Cliffs in New Zealand.

More gorgeous stuff to come!
